Shipping
Shipping charges are based on UPS shipping costs. Please note, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. For shipments outside of Canada, all customs, duty and brokerage charges are the full responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.
When returning an item, please place them in the original packaging and fill out the “Return Form” found with Packaging Slip. Before you mail item, please email or phone to register your return.
